1. Service Description

Alpabuild is an AI-powered application builder platform that enables users to describe applications in natural language and receive working full-stack code.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials
You must be at least 16 years old to use Alpabuild
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Alpabuild to:

Generate malicious code, malware, or any software designed to cause harm
Create applications that facilitate illegal activities
Produce content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates third-party rights
Abuse, overload, or interfere with the platform or its infrastructure
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the platform's source code
Resell or redistribute platform access without authorisation

4. Intellectual Property

Your Code

You retain full ownership of all code, content, and applications you create using Alpabuild. We claim no ownership or licence over your output.

Our Platform

The Alpabuild platform remains the intellectual property of alpa.one GmbH.

5. Bring your own key (BYOK)

You may connect third-party AI providers (including Infomaniak kSuite AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, self-hosted Ollama, or other OpenAI-compatible APIs) using your own credentials.

You are solely responsible for any costs and compliance with each provider's terms
We store your keys encrypted and use them only to fulfil your requests to that provider

6. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF)
Payments are processed securely via Stripe
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

7. Service Availability

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. No SLA is provided for free-tier accounts.

8. Limitation of Liability

Alpabuild is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated code is free of errors or suitable for any particular purpose.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time
All data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
